There was a misunderstanding over the English version of the instructions. Once that was resolved, the actual English instructions led to misunderstandings, which the Helpline were very helpful in trying to resoplve. Once I got the machine to charge and operate, it is not bad, but gets stuck on the slightest thing, like an oriental rug laying on a fitted carpet. It is also slower to make decisions than our now-defunct Roomba. I'll continue to use it and report back its long-term effectiveness.
After charging the hoover without any problems I set it to work. and cannot come up with any major complaints, the instructions were simple to understand and it worked as I expected. the only minor point is the amount of time it takes to charge for the time it works. but a useful thing to have, set it off when you go to the shops or going out and come back to a nicely hoovered place. Id recommend placing the virtual wall unit a couple of feet in front of the main door as I came back to a hoover trying to keep me out of my room but it was my fault for not fully charging it before I let it loose.
